Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for all operational and strategic personnel management issues, as well as controlling personnel planning and developing needs-based HR measures.

  • Consultancy and support for management, executives and employees on human resources-related issues, and trusting collaboration with the works council and guidance on employment law matters.

  • Promoting an open and appreciative company culture through active communication

  • Creation and monitoring of position and personnel budgets, as well as further development of personnel processes, structures and HR instruments.

  • Participation in change and transformation processes and supporting business development.

What you need 

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, human resource management, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a responsible HR position
  • Experience of working with management and employee representatives
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, as well as a confident and assured demeanour, together with a good understanding of employment law and modern HR processes.
  • High social competence, empathy and assertiveness, as well as a willingness to be present on-site regularly and enjoyment of direct communication with employees.
  • Sound experience in personnel development, talent management and organisational development, combined with strategic thinking and a practically-oriented, solution-focused approach to work.
