Are you satisfied with us as an employer? Do you have friends or acquaintances who are currently looking for a job? Do you know someone who wants to change their job and could be a good fit for the SYNERGIE team? Then put us in touch! We will contact the applicant you recommended. If a new hire at SYNERGIE comes about through your referral, you will receive a bonus of up to €300* gross as a thank you!

This bonus will be automatically paid out with your payroll – the first part of €150 (gross) will be paid when the employee you recruited has been employed with us for one month. You will receive a further €150 (gross) with your payroll after 8 weeks of employment.

The bonus relates to a full-time placement and is reduced accordingly for part-time placements.

It's as simple as this:

  1. Think about who from your circle of friends/acquaintances/family might be suitable.
  2. Provide us with the full contact details, or even better, introduce the applicant to us directly at our local branch.
  3. We are conducting an interview and, if your candidate is suitable, we will look for a suitable job.
  4. If your applicant is hired, you will automatically receive your bonus with the following payrolls – after the corresponding period of employment.
