SYNERGIE is committed to people and society. Therefore, we not only strive to find people employment under good conditions as part of our core business purpose, but we also engage in social, community, and sporting projects and initiatives.

We already dealt with in 2011 our code of ethics In Germany, guidelines for our business conduct have been established, and internationally, the  SYNERGIE Group on Corporate Social Responsibility. Projects

Project „Work + Language = Integration“

With the „Work + Language = Integration“ project, SYNERGIE, together with strong partners and committed companies, enables migrants to enter the job market and thus drives integration forward. The project started in 2016 at the SYNERGIE branch in Pforzheim, was awarded the iGZ CSR Award in 2017, and is currently running with the target group of Ukrainian refugees. „The SYNERGIE apprentices“ "Social Day"

As part of their training, SYNERGIE's junior employees select a charitable project to support each year across different locations. The nature of the support, its conception, organisation and implementation are the responsibility of the trainees – SYNERGIE provides the timeframe, organisational resources and necessary budget for this.

SYNERGY for „Operation Christmas Child“

Since 2011, all SYNERGIE branches have served as collection points in the autumn for shoeboxes lovingly filled with gifts by dedicated citizens. The boxes collected there are distributed by the aid organisation Samaritan's Purse to needy children at Christmas. To read more about the „Shoeboxes for Christmas“ project.

A Chance for the Hearing Impaired & Deaf

People with hearing impairments face very particular challenges when looking for a job – this starts right from the job interview. SYNERGIE is committed to fair opportunities with a project for the hearing impaired, launched in 2022 at the Leipzig site.

Voluntary Engagement at SYNERGIE

SYNERGIE employees volunteer in various associations, for example, in the employers' association for the temporary work industry. iGZ, as an examiner for the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, with the Junior Chamber or Rotary. SYNERGIE as an employer supports this commitment and the projects realised through it.
