In temporary employment, also known as agency work, there is a triangular relationship between the employee, the personnel service provider (= SYNERGIE), and you as the client company.

In this scenario, the employee is hired as a project worker by SYNERGIE. SYNERGIE takes on the entire recruitment process to find the right employee for your company, manages the scheduling of project workers, and provides ongoing support. The employment contract is concluded between the employee and SYNERGIE. A temporary employment contract is concluded between your company and SYNERGIE to govern the terms of temporary work.
