If you employ project staff from us on a temporary basis within your company, we are on-site with an expert, the On-Site Manager. With direct insight into the company culture and business processes, our On-Site Manager acts as in-house support for you. They recruit suitable employees directly on your premises, offer you on-site support, and provide on-site care for the temporary workers deployed. The On-Site Manager acts as the link between the project staff, you as the client company, and us as the employer or other temporary employment agencies deployed by you if additional staff are required.
