Experts in personnel services since 1977

SYNERGIE has extensive experience in recruitment, candidate and employee support, and assisting companies with HR services. Continuous growth, while maintaining professional working practices, has characterised SYNERGIE's development over the past few decades.

2024

On 1 May 2024, the current runtime companies will be renamed and their registered office relocated to Karlsruhe. As of October 2024, Thomas Schenk will take over as CEO, supported by Helge Schaare as CFO. With these four executives, the team is now complete and ready to successfully lead the company into the future.

2023

SYNERGIE is acquiring the companies of the Germany-based Runtime Group through an acquisition. This will see the company expand rapidly by more than 25 branches.
Internationally, SYNERGIE Group's annual turnover exceeds €3 billion for the first time.

2022

Opening of new branches in Biberach, Darmstadt, Offenbach and Wolfsburg. The range of services is extended by SynergieProxi Expanded.

2021

Awarding the happy@synergie project with the iGZ Award

2019

In Leipzig The first SYNERGIE location is being opened in Saxony. With Radolfzell, SYNERGIE now has a presence on Lake Constance. For the second time in a row, SYNERGIE has been recognised by Focus magazine as a top personnel service provider in the categories of temporary employment and professional search. The newspaper "Die WELT" lists SYNERGIE among "Germany's Best Employers".

2018

The first branches in Thuringia will be opened in Eisenach, Gotha and Gera. In Hesse, the Giessen branch will open. The SYNERGIE Group receives the ecoVADIS Gold medal for the first time for its diverse CSR activities.

2017

SYNERGIE is celebrating its 40th anniversary in Germany. The first branch in North Rhine-Westphalia will be opened in Dortmund. The Aalen branch will complement the close network in Württemberg.

2016

SYNERGIE is expanding in Germany through the acquisition of a company in Württemberg and Bavaria. The "Work + Language = Integration" project is launched, which wins the iGZ Award in 2017.

2015

The branch network in Southern Germany is being expanded with the opening of the Schwäbisch Gmünd branch.

2014

The range of services is being expanded beyond traditional temporary staffing and direct placement (personnel consulting) to include further HR services for companies. With GermanPersonnel / compleet, SYNERGIE is relying on a renowned partner in recruitment. A trainee for human resources services at SYNERGIE becomes "Germany's best trainee".

2013

In June, SYNERGIE will open a branch in Stuttgart. With "uvex," SYNERGIE is working with an absolute professional in the field of occupational safety.

2012

The first "Social Day" will be carried out by the SYNERGIE trainees. For the first time, collective bargaining agreements for industry surcharges in temporary employment will be negotiated.

2011

In autumn 2011, sites in Schwetzingen and Lörrach will open. German SYNERGIE, then operating under a different name, will become part of the international SYNERGIE Group, ranked 5th in Europe, and will open up Germany for it. SYNERGIE's quality management will be certified for the first time according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

2010

The first locations in Southern Baden are opening in Lahr and Müllheim. In Bavaria, the Munich and Schweinfurt branches are launching.

2009

During the financial crisis, SYNERGIE is focusing on anti-cyclical growth and opening branches in Vaihingen/Enz and Villingen-Schwenningen.

2008

The branch network in Baden-Württemberg is being strengthened with Bruchsal and Sindelfingen. SYNERGIE is involved as a training company, as the first apprentices for personnel service management start in this new vocational training occupation.

2007

Two further sites will be newly opened in Ulm and Erlangen.

2006

The branch in Ingolstadt is opening.

2005

The Ansbach branch is opened as the founding location of a recruitment agency, which was subsequently taken over by SYNERGIE in 2016. Shortly thereafter, operations also begin in Crailsheim.

2003

SYNERGIE becomes a member of the employers' association iGZ and also applies its then-new collective agreements.

2000

In Rastatt, the third SYNERGIE branch will be opened by current Managing Director Nicole Munk.

1981

With the second location, SYNERGIE is expanding from Karlsruhe into the neighbouring city of Pforzheim.

1977

SYNERGIE was founded in Karlsruhe, Baden, by Otto Eberle and registered in the commercial register in September 1977 under its former name "Gesellschaft für die Montage industrieller Anlagen und technische Wartung" (GMW).

1969

The parent company of today's SYNERGIE Group was founded in France.
