Your tasks

  • Handling customer enquiries by telephone in German and English
  • Recording of conversations in the internal system
  • Managing debit cards (blocking and unblocking cards, viewing transaction details, setting up digital services, authorising payments and merchants, and much more)

What you need

  • Good computer skills for day-to-day work (knowledge of MS Office would be an advantage)
  • Fluency in spoken and written German
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Previous experience as a customer service representative, sales assistant or call centre agent is an advantage, but not essential
  • Willingness to work early, late and at night
