Nine young people completed their a commercial apprenticeship or a dual study programme Started at SYNERGIE. For many years, SYNERGIE has been training the skilled workers of tomorrow itself. This is one of the cornerstones of providing a high-quality service to applicants, staff and client companies – and also an important contribution by the company to tackling the skills shortage.

Business Apprenticeship and Degree Programme at SYNERGIE
SYNERGIE provides training in office management and human resources services at its head office in Karlsruhe and at various branches across Germany.
A family-like atmosphere, intensive support and exciting trainee projects such as the SYNERGIE Social Day characterise the training programme at SYNERGIE across different professions and locations. The clear aim is to equip trainees with extensive specialist knowledge, as well as skills such as project management, (self-)organisation, etc., so that, once their training is complete, they become committed and qualified In-house specialists for SYNERGIE to take over.
Work-study programme in Human Resources Management
In addition to the commercial apprenticeships that SYNERGIE has been offering for many years, Vanessa Gehrke has joined the company this year as its first dual-study student.
A work-study programme benefits both sides – or, to put it another way: it’s the combination that makes the difference. Vanessa Gehrke will in future spend 20 hours a week at IU Mannheim studying human resources management and 20 hours a week at our Schwetzingen Branch. Theory and practice complement each other so perfectly.
