10 years of project collaboration – Thank you, Ms. Harms, and we look forward to another 10 years together!

Birgit Harms has now been working as a project employee at SYNERGIE Deutschland GmbH for ten years. A decade with the same employer is something special, not least in these times. SYNERGIE expressed its sincere thanks with a celebration and anniversary gifts. „Ms. Harms is a prime example of an exemplary employee – she carries out her tasks excellently, conscientiously and with commitment, and is characterised by her friendly and approachable manner,“ said Volker Knittel, branch manager at Karlsruhe, and added: „We are looking forward to at least ten more years together.“

The height of professionalism

Over ten years, Ms Harms has successfully completed eleven project assignments, each as diverse as it was challenging, with absolute professionalism. New environments, different industries – no problem for her, quite the opposite: „That's how it never gets boring. Different tasks, people, specialist areas, which are always an incentive and ensure an expansion of one's own skills, knowledge, and competencies,“ Ms Harms describes the advantages of project work. That's why her answer to the question of whether she has never considered a permanent position is short and very clear: „I'd be daft to.“ She immediately provides the explanation for this concise statement: „Why would I switch from permanent and very flexible employment with 30 days of holiday to a fixed-term contract with less holiday?!“

What's more, SYNERGIE not only provides exciting new project assignments, but also ensures great interpersonal relationships: „The tone, the support and the communication are absolutely spot on. Discussions are open and fair. The relationship is one of equals. You can approach the SYNERGIE team with any issue.“

SYNERGIE says thank you: a special gift for Mrs. Harms

At SYNERGIE, looking after project staff means, for instance, arranging a personal gift for such a special anniversary – another form of appreciation. In addition to the celebration organised by SYNERGIE trainee Elena Zoe Wenz, Mrs Harms, a passionate and accomplished cook, received, among other things, a variety of oils, pasta, and spices „for the next ten years,“ as Volker Knittel remarked. And for anyone who wants to admire Mrs Harms' other hobby, the European Juggling Festival in Madrid is recommended. Just as adeptly as she manages her project assignments, the member of the Pyramidalen KleinKunst-Verein Karlsruhe juggles balls, clubs, and the like.
