Your tasks
- Design and operational implementation of recruitment strategies to attract commercial and technical specialists and managers from within and outside the EU for positions in Germany, as well as support with the recognition procedures and equivalence assessments of international training and qualifications via the HWK and IHK
- Identification and development of suitable recruitment channels, as well as the establishment of a network with public authorities, institutions and external service providers, and an international network of companies
- Development of specific programmes and strategies, from recruitment through to onboarding; identification of funded programmes and projects in collaboration with public authorities and organisations
- Representing the company at recruitment and networking events
What you need
- A degree, for example in economics, technical business administration, industrial engineering, or a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a human resources specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ professional experience in project work and in the day-to-day recruitment and onboarding of specialist staff and managers both within and outside the EU
- Excellent knowledge of the procedures for the recognition of international training and qualifications via the HWK and IHK FOSA, as well as, ideally, a strong national and international network; good knowledge of national and international recruitment channels
- Excellent command of German and English; knowledge of other languages would be an advantage (e.g. Croatian, Romanian, Spanish, Hungarian, Polish)
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
