Deine Aufgaben

Drive and support standardized operational processes across stations (inbound, sorting, scanning, exception handling)
Collect, Validate and analyze operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency
Monitor service quality an delivery performance, identifying improvement areas
Track and support key KPIs such as scanning rate, delivery succss rate and lead time
Develop, update and implement SOPs across the network
Train frontline teams to ensure consistent execution
Act as a key interface to resolve operational issues

Das bringst Du mit

Bachelor´s degree or higher
Experience in logistics, express delivery or warehouse operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
Experience in team leadership
Strong analytical mindset and confident handling of data and KPIs
Excellent communications skills with the ability tp clearly explain problems and solutions
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and english, german would be advantage
