Your tasks

  • Drive and support standardised operational processes across stations (inbound, sorting, scanning, exception handling)
  • Collect, validate and analyse operational data to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Monitor service quality and delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Track and monitor key KPIs such as the scanning rate, delivery success rate and lead time
  • Develop, update and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the network
  • Train frontline teams to ensure consistent implementation
  • Act as a key point of contact for resolving operational issues

What you need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in logistics, express delivery or warehouse operations
  • A strong understanding of end-to-end logistics processes
  • Experience in team leadership
  • A strong analytical mindset and the ability to handle data and KPIs with confidence
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain problems and solutions
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
