Two powerhouse women celebrated their 10th anniversary with SYNERGIE this month: recruitment consultant Denisa Brenner from the Müllheim branch and area manager Ines Wolf-Vetter.
Making waves in Müllheim with enthusiasm: Denisa Brenner
Denisa Brenner, who was born in the Czech Republic, is celebrating her anniversary just as she does her job every day: with boundless enthusiasm! She has been part of the SYNERGIE team since 2008, working in South Baden from the very start. She’s a whirlwind of energy in Müllheim, SYNERGIE’s largest branch, and is passionate about her work.
She speaks enthusiastically about „her“ client companies, which she has been supporting for many years as part of the Master Vendor Service. She’s a regular visitor there and raves about the great working atmosphere, not only at the branch but also at the client companies themselves. „If enthusiasm had a name, it would surely be Denisa Brenner,“ says Managing Director Nicole Munk. „It’s hard to imagine her failing to convince a candidate of the benefits of their future role. It’s brilliant to have such a loyal and highly motivated colleague!“
Friendly & Dedicated: From Branch Manager to Regional Manager – Ines Wolf-Vetter
Ines Wolf-Vetter (centre in the photo, wearing a burgundy dress) is a „child of Pforzheim“. She comes from the region, has deep roots there, has a strong network and is active in numerous organisations. She joined SYNERGIE in 2008 as branch manager in Pforzheim, SYNERGIE’s second-oldest branch, launched.
Thanks to her dedicated and successful management of the Pforzheim branch and in line with SYNERGIE’s growth, she moved into a regional management role in 2010 and is now responsible for seven sites in Württemberg. In addition, she personally looks after a number of major national clients, acts as SYNERGIE’s labour market expert and drives forward projects such as the integration project that won the igZ Award or the topic of „digital signatures“.
„Ines Wolf-Vetter is a dedicated colleague with a wealth of knowledge and a vast network. She does a brilliant job and ensures we make progress with innovative projects, thanks to her positive attitude,“ says Nicole Munk, describing their collaboration. „What’s particularly valuable to us is that she knows our profession inside out, is always willing to roll up her sleeves and get stuck in at her branches herself, and thus has a close connection with the teams.“
Power squared at work – and in other areas of life too…
Incidentally, apart from their drive, these two colleagues have something else in common: not only do they devote their energy to their jobs (or rather, their calling) day in, day out, but they are also both active in voluntary work – and were awarded the SYNERGIE Volunteer Award last year for their efforts.
Dear Denisa Brenner,
Dear Ines Wolf-Vetter,
The whole SYNERGIE team would like to offer their heartfelt congratulations on these wonderful anniversaries!
We’d like to say thank you for your dedicated efforts and look forward to seeing plenty more of your energy in the future!
