SYNERGIE Named TOP Career Enabler

„The renowned magazine SYNERGIE has named “Gehalt & Karriere„ a top recruitment agency for 2018 in the categories “Professional Search„ and “Temporary Work”.

The award is based on an anonymous survey carried out by the independent market research organisation Statista.

Around 3,400 candidates were surveyed about their experiences with recruitment agencies and headhunters, including the quality of the vacancies and the application process. In addition, around 2,400 HR managers assessed their partners in the recruitment sector, looking at factors such as the selection of suitable candidates and the quality of service provided by the agency.

The award for „TOP Recruitment Agency“ in the two categories of „Professional Search“ and ‘Temporary Work’ covers two of SYNERGIE’s most important business areas: recruitment consultancy and temporary staffing.

Background information on the study

The study was carried out by the market research institute Statista. HR managers were surveyed after being invited to take part in an online survey via the business network XING. They were able to list up to ten recruitment agencies they were familiar with and rate them. Candidates were also approached via an online panel. Their ratings were included in the results, provided they had used recruitment services within the last three years.

To make it onto the TOP list, candidates had to meet a minimum mark and a certain percentage of recommendations, as well as receive a minimum number of nominations. In the „Professional Search“ category, service providers active in the direct recruitment of specialists and executives with an annual salary of up to 100,000 euros were recognised; in the „Temporary Work“ category, service providers in the field of temporary staffing were recognised.
