  • Your tasks

    • Interface function between operational departments and internal IT departments
    • Analysis and further development of existing work and process flows in conjunction with the systems used and active support in process design
    • Ensuring efficient use and functionality of the Blue Yonder (JDA) Warehouse Management and Transport Management systems
    • Independent conception and implementation of system customisations and further developments
    • Training and support for users in the WMS systems in use
    • Adaptation of the Data Warehouse, as well as the creation and evaluation of reports
    • Planning, execution, and support of release tests, as well as support for software rollouts

What you need

  • Completed degree or training, ideally in the fields of logistics, business administration, IT or engineering, alternatively comparable practical experience
  • Experience with IT systems such as WMS, TMS, or ERP, as well as a strong interest in data and reporting
  • Previous practical experience in warehousing or contract logistics would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a high degree of service and team orientation
  • Confident presence and strong communication skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment is a plus
