Your tasks

  • Collection arrangements and delivery arrangements at the office (main workstation)
  • Monitoring of delivery and collection quality
  • Processing undeliverable shipments
  • Processing of customer complaints in writing and by phone

What you need

  • Many years of professional experience in dispatch or completed vocational training in freight forwarding.
  • Willingness to work alternating shifts (early and late), including regularly on Saturdays
  • Good PC and MS Office skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
