The introduction of the new trainees at SYNERGIE was celebrated with an eventful trainee day. The head of the SYNERGIE service centre, Michael Haitz, and the training officer, Kim Fenske, welcomed the 11 trainees and bid them a warm welcome to the SYNERGIE head office premises.
In a personal conversation between apprentices, Anna Lauber, a newly qualified personnel consultant at the SYNERGIE Bruchsal branch, shared her personal wealth of experience on the topic of apprenticeships with the interested apprentices. Tips and tricks for the exams were also enthusiastically received. To give the skilled workers of tomorrow an insight into the diverse fields of activity at a personnel services company, Marketing Manager Daniel Müller-Kraus and HR Manager Nadine Kandetzki offered interesting workshops on the topics of „What is Marketing?“ and „Stress Management“.
