Social Day 2023 – Together for a good future

On this year's Social Day, our dedicated SYNERGIE trainees organised a fantastic day for children from the Sybelcentrum Karlsruhe. The Sybelcentrum offers individual support for children, young people, and their families to help them overcome challenges and problems and to positively develop the children's and young people's life situations.

This special day began with boisterous fun in a play paradise. It wasn't just the children who's eyes lit up; the trainees also joined in with great enthusiasm. Afterwards, a shared lunch gave everyone the opportunity to refuel and chat. To conclude this successful event, the trainees presented all the children with small farewell gifts. The SYNERGIE trainees had worked incredibly hard beforehand to collect numerous donations in the form of art and craft supplies and sweet treats.

With this initiative, SYNERGIE has once again demonstrated that social responsibility and commitment to society play an important role in the company culture and are also lived by the employees. The Social Day is planned and carried out independently by the apprentices every year. The costs incurred are covered by SYNERGIE.
