We have been employing Mr. Bernhardt as an extremely successful temporary project worker since 15.08.2013. Within challenging assignments as a warehouse operative, he has continuously developed and is now our all-rounder when it comes to project activities requiring specialist knowledge, such as in high-bay storage, handling hazardous materials, or using individual ERP systems. In principle, from the perspective of SYNERGIE Personalberatung, Karlsruhe branch, there is no project assignment in the logistics sector that Mr. Bernhardt would not be able to master. Mr. Bernhardt appreciates the varied and variable fixed-term project assignments and has consistently rejected offers of permanent employment to date. „10 years in the same job is not my thing,“ Mr. Bernhardt told the personnel consultant, Ms. Yvonne Peter, and the branch manager, Mr. Volker Knittel. Both visited him at his workplace to mark this special occasion and presented him with a gift basket and a thank-you card. Mr. Bernhardt is an enthusiastic DIY mechanic, which is why he was delighted with a voucher for a DIY store. As an active sportsman, he trains regularly at the gym, so SYNERGIE hit the mark with energy bars, protein powder, and a drinks bottle.

We expressly thank Mr. Bernhardt for the consistently constructive, productive, and collegial cooperation. Following his statement, he is currently employed on a project basis as a „specialist mechanic“ at a client in the metal and electrical industry. It is already clear that „Eddy,“ as he is called by the boss, will be staying there long-term. Let's see for how long.
