15 + 20 = 35 years at SYNERGIE!

In February and March, we had the pleasure of congratulating two employees on their anniversaries. Mrs. Beck has been with us for 15 years, and Mr. Kilian is even celebrating 20 years! While adhering to social distancing and hygiene rules meant the celebrations weren't quite as the two of them recalled from their previous anniversary parties, we were still able to express our appreciation and gratitude for their dedication.

How it all began – Mrs Beck remembers

„I just rang the bell at SYNERGIE one lunchtime and asked if there was a job as a cleaner. And lo and behold, a few days later I had a job,“ says jubilarian Mrs. Beck in a small gathering in Ansbach.

„We're always happy when Ms. Beck pops by, she's always been diligent and absolutely reliable over the years!“ says Roman Osinsky, a local recruitment consultant in Ansbach. Together with his SYNERGIE colleague Sonja Tucholski, the two presented Gabriele Beck with a colourful bouquet and a generous gift basket, which she was very pleased about.

One story Frau Beck particularly likes to recall is when Carda Seidel (Mayoress of Ansbach from 2008 to 2020) called her one day asking for a cleaner. Being assigned to this special task was a great sign of trust. Frau Beck, in her usual reliable manner and with perfect execution, made everything sparkle for the Mayoress.

Mr Kilian's 4th Anniversary at SYNERGIE

20 years at SYNERGIE Karlsruhe – that's truly wonderful!

20 years, 42 project assignments and a few dad jokes* resulted at the end of March at the branch in Karlsruhe a fun anniversary celebration by Thomas Kilian.

„Numerous and varied specialist deployments with different requirements are very challenging. I never get bored.“ and „Actually, I can't imagine staying in one workplace for very long at all.“ were just a few of the advantages he learned to appreciate through project deployments. When asked if he had always worked as an electrician, Mr. Kilian replied: „Most of the time, yes, those are just bright ones in the chapel.“

The presentation of his application photo from 2001 also caused laughter. Everyone agreed that Mr Kilian has „hardly changed“.

„Mr Kilian is always friendly, cheerful, and hardworking, so we've never had any complaints over all these years,“ says branch manager Volker Knittel, as he presents a gift basket filled with treats. Yvonne Peter, a recruitment consultant in Karlsruhe, adds with a smile: „We've always been able to rely on him for the past 20 years and look forward to another 20 years with him!“
