SYNERGIE recognised as a TOP recruitment agency

In 2021, SYNERGIE Personal was once again recognised by FOCUS Business’s „Salary & Career“ magazine in the „Temporary Work“ category. To determine the rankings, recruitment agencies, candidates and HR managers from companies are surveyed once a year. Together with Statista, FOCUS Business conducts a study that takes various criteria into account, such as the frequency of mentions or recommendations.
The following evaluation criteria were taken into account:

• Quality and range of candidate profiles and vacancies on offer
• Quality of service
• Value for money
• Transmission speed
• Coordination and communication during and after the recruitment process
• Service delivery within the process and in relation to other services

SYNERGIE scored again

Only those companies that have achieved both a minimum number of nominations, a minimum score across all assessment criteria and a minimum proportion of recommendations are recognised. Only those that performed well in all categories were included in the „Top Recruitment Agencies 2021“ list. Once again, we have performed impressively across all categories.
