Farewell to a one-of-a-kind figure – Reinhard Jäger retires after 44 years at SYNERGIE

Something truly special – that’s the 44 years Reinhard Jäger spent working as a project staff member at SYNERGIE. Above all, it is Reinhard Jäger himself who is truly special. „We would like to thank a wonderful colleague for 44 years of loyalty; this is truly unique in our industry and unrivalled,“ emphasised Managing Director Nicole Munk at Reinhard Jäger’s retirement send-off, adding: „And we’re already looking forward to seeing him again soon.“

For the honouree left no doubt about this: he will continue to stay in touch with his now former colleagues. Over the years, he has come to value interpersonal interaction far too much for that. This is a key reason why he never once considered changing employers during all those years. Even by SYNERGIE’s standards – with its many long-serving staff – 44 years is an absolute record. „I’ve always felt very much at home and have always enjoyed a collegial relationship with the SYNERGIE staff,“ confirmed Reinhard Jäger. Another reason for his loyalty was the numerous interesting project assignments. These gave him fascinating insights into a wide variety of companies. Only the Temporary work. Routine or boredom at work – for him, these were always foreign concepts.

Over the years, the media have repeatedly taken an interest in him and his appreciation of project work. As a result, features and articles have appeared in magazines and newspapers on several occasions – the general tone of which has always been the same: Reinhard Jäger enjoys his work, relishes working in different locations and is proud to be part of the SYNERGIE family. The appreciation on SYNERGIE’s part is at least as great, as Managing Director Nicole Munk assured everyone at a joint farewell dinner with Reinhard Jäger, Yvonne Peter – HR consultant and his long-standing SYNERGIE mentor – and Volker Knittel, branch manager. Karlsruhe.
