Here are your tasks:

  • Development and implementation of best-practice strategies for import and export, with consideration of current sanctions
  • Creation of import and export declarations for internal group companies, including customs valuation and control of customs notices
  • Taking responsibility for supplier declarations on preferential and non-preferential origin
  • Carrying out preference calculations and managing foreign trade transactions
  • Creation of intra- and extra-trade notifications and maintenance of material master data in SAP (e.g. customs tariff numbers, customs texts)
  • Permit management and close cooperation with the responsible authorities

What you bring with you:

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in wholesale and foreign trade or customs.
  • Work experience in the listed tasks
  • Good knowledge in the areas of foreign trade, preferential law, export controls and customs law
  • SAP and AEB software knowledge (Export Filling, Origin & Preferences, Import Filling & Compliance Management)
  • A self-reliant, structured way of working
  • Teamwork skills, as well as communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanour, complete your profile.
