Your tasks 

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring injection moulding machines, as well as setting up and starting production facilities.
  • Monitoring and optimisation of production processes and ensuring product quality through regular quality controls
  • Troubleshooting and carrying out minor maintenance work
  • Documentation of production and quality data, and involvement in process optimisation and compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Process mechanic (m/f/d) Plastic moulder (m/f/d) / Plastic and rubber technologist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience in plastics processing is necessary, ideally in injection moulding.
  • Experience in setting up and adjusting injection moulding machines is an advantage, as is technical understanding and quality awareness, good spoken and written German skills, and readiness to work a two-shift system.
  • Independent and reliable working method, as well as team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
