On behalf of our client, an established service provider operating within an international corporate group and specialising in information logistics, document management and the optimisation of digital business processes, we are currently seeking a Team Leader for Contract Management (m/f/d) as part of our recruitment service, to start immediately.

Your responsibilities:


  • You will take on the technical and managerial leadership of a specialist team and continuously develop skills, structures and processes.
  • You will establish uniform standards, quality guidelines and governance structures, and ensure that these are firmly embedded within the organisation.
  • You will actively drive forward the digitalisation and automation of contract-related processes and identify further opportunities for efficiency and optimisation.
  • You will further develop informative reports, analyses and dashboards, and ensure transparency regarding relevant performance, quality and management indicators.
  • You ensure a high standard of data quality and turn contractual and business data into a robust basis for operational and strategic decisions.
  • You analyse complex datasets, draw well-founded recommendations for action and actively support data-driven business management.
  • You will continuously identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency gains within existing processes and implement improvement measures in collaboration with the relevant departments.
  • You will work closely with key business units and design cross-functional processes in an efficient and forward-looking manner.
  • You will prepare management-relevant information and the basis for decision-making, tailored to the needs of managers and decision-makers.
  • You will be responsible for the structured documentation of business-relevant data and for the ongoing development of internal and external reporting processes.

What sets you apart


  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or hold a comparable qualification.
  • You have several years’ professional and managerial experience in contract management, data management, business analytics, commercial excellence or similar analytically-focused roles.
  • You have experience in working with modern business intelligence solutions and data-driven management tools.
  • You have a very good knowledge of CRM, reporting and document management systems.
  • I’m sure you’re familiar with the standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • You have a strong understanding of data quality, data structures and their importance for sound business decisions.
  • You impress with your analytical and strategic thinking, as well as your strong ability to get things done.
  • You are able to organise complex issues, prioritise them and present them in a clear and understandable way.
  • You are characterised by your initiative, creative drive and high standards of quality.
  • You communicate confidently at various levels of the organisation and impress with your professional stakeholder management.
  • You enjoy working across different departments and know how to successfully reconcile differing interests.
  • You take a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach and have a good understanding of economic principles.
