Your tasks

  • Professional leadership of the employees of an assigned team
  • Moderating team meetings, taking attendance, assigning tasks and motivating employees
  • Self-directed control in operational processes through the implementation and monitoring of adherence to operating instructions, working procedures, working instructions, and company regulations.
  • Ensuring that orders are processed in a timely manner in accordance with customer specifications
  • Ensuring planned volume and productivity in the allocated area

What you bring

  • Languages: German for orientation and communication (min. A2) / Other languages an advantage (English, Russian, Ukrainian)
  • Several years of professional experience in a logistics operation
  • First leadership experience in a logistics operation
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes
  • Forklift licence
