Your tasks

  • Leading the team in shift operations according to key figures and productivity
  • Support in the management and monitoring of logistics processes
  • Creation of attendance plans and leave requests
  • Monitoring the department’s work equipment and tools
  • Responsible for adherence to standardised processes
  • The induction for team leaders (m/f/d) will take place at the site in 63801 Kleinostheim!


What you need 

  • A completed vocational training in the logistics sector is desirable
  • First management experience in a similar role within logistics
  • Willingness to work 2–3 shifts (early, late and night shifts on a weekly rotation from Monday to Saturday, naturally including a day off as part of the rotation)
  • A current police certificate (proof that you have applied for one is sufficient to start with!)
  • Teamwork and reliability
  • Written and spoken German
  • Basic knowledge of English desirable.
  • Forklift licence + G25 (Can be obtained through us!)
