Your tasks

Scheduling of container transport for local and long-distance journeys
Communication with drivers, customers and service providers
Monitoring and optimising transport processes
Ensuring that work is carried out on schedule whilst complying with statutory requirements
Documentation and maintenance of transport data in the system

What you need

A completed vocational training as Freight forwarder (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d), Dispatcher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) is desirable
Confident use of common IT systems
Strong communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
