Your tasks

Management and control of daily operations in the warehousing and packing department
Planning, coordination and control of work orders in the shift
Professional leadership of employees
Ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials
Staffing requirements planning for order peaks

What you need

Experience as a shift supervisor in a warehouse
Several years of practical experience in warehousing and packing
Safe handling of logistics or warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP)
Fluent German and preferably Romanian knowledge
Willingness to work shifts, ability to cope with pressure, Class B driving licence, and a valid forklift licence
