Your tasks

  • Staff allocation within a shift with task distribution
  • Onboarding, instruction, and training of new employees
  • Monitoring and implementation of standards and processes
  • Documentation via shift log and reports
  • Cooperation with the safety officers regarding planned UVV inspections

What you need

  • Completed vocational training, or several years of experience in warehouse logistics
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Experience in warehouse management with a valid forklift licence and ownership of a VW forklift licence
  • Good knowledge of VW systems / ERP systems
  • Reliability, resilience, and German language skills (written and spoken).
