Your tasks 

  • Debtor account management and maintenance, as well as clarification of payment discrepancies for an assigned group of accounts.
  • Processing and monitoring of credit limit maintenance, as well as processing of delivery blocks.
  • Handling of correspondence and communication with customers
  • Credit monitoring and the processing of dunning procedures
     

What you need 

  • A completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. office clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or similar
  • Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
  • Confident proficiency with the MS Office suite and SAP, and possesses a high general affinity for IT.
  • Very good German and English skills 
  • Strong numerical understanding, analytical thinking and assertiveness
