Your tasks

  • Analysis, design and continuous optimisation of manufacturing and production processes
  • Maintenance and preparation of work plans, operational instructions and workplace instructions
  • Carrying out process analysis, time studies and plant power analysis
  • Application of Lean methods
  • Development of safety concepts and risk assessments

What you need 

  • A degree, e.g. in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Industrial Management or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in using SAP in a production environment and experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of lean production, continuous improvement and process analysis
  • Proficient use of REFA, value stream mapping and process FMEA
  • A good command of German and English, as well as a structured approach to work
