Your tasks

  • Processing of administrative HR processes, taking into account applicable collective bargaining, tax, social insurance, and labour law provisions
  • Drafting of employment contracts, cover letters, setting up personnel files
  • Contractual changes (duties, remuneration, working hours, maternity protection, etc.)
  • Administrative tasks such as general correspondence, registration and certification, maintenance of personnel records and mail processing

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Personnel Officer (m/f/d), Office Clerk (m/f/d), HR Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Previous experience in HR administration is desirable.
  • Expertise in employment, payroll tax, and social security law
  • Knowledge of MS Office, ideally also SAP-HCM
  • Teamworking and communication skills as well as service and customer orientation
