Your tasks


  • Robot operation and maintenance in the UBS and Sealing departments
  • Quality control of UBS webs and sealing applications, and rectification of faults where necessary
  • Quality control of the robotic application and, where necessary, adjustment of parameters to rectify faults
  • Maintenance and servicing of plant equipment and updating of TPM plans          Cleaning work
  • Pre-production and post-production
  • Control of the production flow in the plant area
  • Resolving and escalating plant faults independently
  • Communication with the maintenance department, the process department, suppliers, the water treatment plant and the paint mixing room
  • Monitoring the production process
  • Handling water-polluting substances and paints
  • Maintaining process charts and documentation in the shift log and recording faults in the Qualif


What you need

  • Completed vocational training in one of the following fields: mechatronics, electronics, industrial mechanics
  • sound electrical and mechanical expertise and a basic understanding of materials handling technology as a foundation for working with automated systems
  • a high level of motivation and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work in a focused, independent, analytical and systematic manner
  • Teamwork
  • Willingness to work a three-shift rota and at weekends
  • Proficiency in using Office applications (Excel, Teams)
  • Willingness to take part in further training, courses and seminars
