Your tasks

  • Proactive telephone contact with new and existing customers
  • Arrangement of Consultation Appointments (Outbound)
  • Handling of recalls within ongoing campaigns (inbound)
  • Needs assessment and qualified communication skills
  • Documentation of conversations and appointments in the CRM system
  • Ensuring high service and call quality
  • Compliance with data protection, quality, and process requirements

What you need

  • You are proficient in German, both spoken and written.
  • You can provide an unimpeachable certificate of good conduct and possess impeccable liquidity.
  • You have an affinity for finance/banking.
  • You can operate Outlook and MS Teams well and may already be familiar with CRM systems for managing customer data.
  • Ideally, you have experience working shifts.
