Your tasks

  • Sales-focused support for our existing customers via inbound enquiries
  • Cross-selling and up-selling across our entire product range
  • Providing information to and conducting surveys of prospective customers
  • Preparing and sending out personalised quotations
  • Maintaining the customer database through careful documentation

What you bring

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or relevant experience
  • Strong sales aptitude – you advise and sell with great passion
  • Knowledge of telecommunications services
  • Willingness to work shifts (Mon–Fri between 09:30 and 19:30 and flexible hours on Saturdays)
  • Customer-focused and organised working from the office (no working from home)
