Your tasks

  • Independent verification, account allocation and posting of incoming invoices
  • Travel expense management in accordance with the Group’s internal travel expense policy
  • Account reconciliation with our external and internal suppliers
  • Management of open items and master data maintenance

What you need

  • A completed vocational qualification as an accounts payable clerk (m/f/d), tax clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), bookkeeper (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience as an accounts payable accountant (m/f/d) is required
  • A good knowledge of accounting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), knowledge of IFRS and confidence in using ERP systems
  • Reliability, resilience and the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
