Your tasks 

  • Responsibility in 2nd and 3rd Level Support
  • Further development and operation of central server and infrastructure services
  • Operation, maintenance, and optimisation of backup and recovery solutions
  • Administration and performance assurance of Microsoft SQL Server instances
  • Close collaboration with the IT Service Desk on infrastructure matters 
  • Actively shaping a stable, scalable, and secure IT environment

What you need 

  • A completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 5 years of experience in administering complex server environments
  • Sound knowledge of backup and recovery technologies
  • Microsoft certifications such as AZ-800 / AZ-801, ideally supplemented by AZ-900, AZ-104 or LPIC-1
  • Experience with: Microsoft Azure, GPOs & Azure Policies, PowerShell Scripting, Linux (Ubuntu / Red Hat), Microsoft SQL Server, ITIL & Desired State Configuration
  • Very good German and English language skills
