Your tasks

Maintenance and servicing – regular inspection and upkeep of machinery and plant, replacement of wear parts
Troubleshooting mechanical faults
Dismantling and refitting of faulty components
Assembly and installation of machinery, plant and components
Manufacture of components in accordance with technical drawings
Carrying out welding work (e.g. MAG, TIG, electric)
Documentation and recording of work carried out and repairs made
Safety inspections of protective devices and safety-critical components

What you need

A completed vocational training as Industrial Mechanic (m/f/d), Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Metalworker (m/f/d) or Construction Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d) for a chemical company is desirable
Willingness to work shifts
A hands-on approach
A careful and reliable way of working
