Your tasks

  • Maintenance and repair work on building services and facilities
  • Monitoring and supervising all building technology on the factory site
  • Walk-throughs for the detection and rectification of faults and defects
  • Documentation and processing in the CAFM system

What you need

  • A completed apprenticeship as an electrician (m/f/d), electronics technician for energy and building technology or operational technology (m/f/d), gas/water installer (m/f/d), heating engineer (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Work experience as Building Services Technician (m/f/d), Caretaker (m/f/d), Facility Manager (m/f/d), Building Services Specialist (m/f/d), Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) or Maintenance Technician (m/f/d) is necessary
  • Cross-disciplinary knowledge (e.g. fire protection, air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration, or building control systems) or experience in the field of pressure vessels and CAFM systems is advantageous
  • Safe Use of Common PC Software
