Your tasks

  • Customer-focused service support
  • Maintaining and updating fault, test and inspection reports
  • Coordination of external contractors for maintenance and repair work
  • Operation, inspection and maintenance of building services systems
  • Repairs following faults and carrying out minor repairs

What you need

  • A completed vocational qualification as a building services engineer specialising in electrical engineering (m/f/d) or an equivalent qualification
  • Work experience as In-house Electrical Engineer (m/f/d), Service Engineer (m/f/d), Electronics Technician for Energy and Building Services (m/f/d), Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) or Facilities Engineer (m/f/d) is desirable
  • A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality
  • Good manners and a strong focus on customer service
