Your tasks

  • Technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of building services systems, with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Carrying out installation, servicing and maintenance work
  • Independent analysis and rectification of faults, as well as regular monitoring and inspection rounds
  • Digital documentation of all work carried out (operational, maintenance and test reports)
  • Point of contact for tenants and internal colleagues on site; work starts daily at 04:45

What you need 

  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship as Building Services Technician / Electrician (m/f/d) / Building Services Engineer (m/f/d) / Electrical Installer (m/f/d) / Caretaker specialising in Electrical Engineering (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Experience in work planning would be an advantage
  • A service-oriented approach and a strong sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
  • Willingness to take part in occasional on-call and emergency duties
