Your tasks

  • Handling accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed assets
  • Processing of payments, invoices, reminders, as well as travel expense and credit card statements
  • Carrying out account reconciliations, monthly accruals and preparing monthly financial statements
  • Preparation of advance VAT returns, annual accounts and statistical returns
  • Support with administrative tasks and acting as a stand-in for the head of financial accounting


What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Financial Accountant (m/f/d), Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) or Bookkeeper (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as Financial Accountant (m/f/d) is necessary 
  • A sound understanding of numbers and knowledge of accounting and tax law
  • Experience in national accounting in accordance with commercial and tax law
  • The ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and very good knowledge of MS Office and accounting software
