Your tasks

Unloading of tankers carrying chemical or liquid substances in accordance with company guidelines
Correct connection and disconnection of pumps and hoses from the tanker
Operation and monitoring of the pumping and drainage equipment in use
Cleaning of tankers and the relevant facilities or work areas
Carrying out pH measurements and other simple checks in accordance with instructions
Transport and storage of waste and containers using forklift trucks
Comprehensive documentation of all relevant work steps, quantities, measured values and disposal procedures
The work takes place outdoors

What you need

A completed vocational training as Environmental Technology Specialist (m/f/d), Environmental Technologist (m/f/d) or Wastewater Technology Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience as an environmental technology specialist (m/f/d) for tank installations is desirable
Good knowledge of German, spoken and written.
Resilience to the elements and a willingness to work mainly outdoors
Proficiency in using a PC and common IT applications, in particular MS Office and company software
A forklift licence, or a willingness to obtain one in the near future
Technical understanding and an interest in environmental engineering processes
A sense of responsibility and a strong awareness of health and safety, environmental safety and plant safety
