Your duties

  • Onboarding and motivating your own line team
  • Achieving a smooth production process and on-time completion 
  • Setting up, converting, operating and monitoring production plants
  • Ensuring work and food safety
  • Compliance with hygiene (HACCP) and safety regulations

This is what you bring to the table

  • A completed vocational training as Food Technology Specialist (m/f/d), Machine and Plant Operator (m/f/d), Plant Mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Work experience as Skilled Worker for Food Technology (m/f/d) is desirable
  • Application-safe experience HACCP + occupational safety
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience within a small team 
  • Good German language skills are expected, further languages are desirable but not a requirement
  • Willingness to work shifts, Sundays and public holidays
