Your tasks 

  • Maintenance and servicing of power generation and distribution systems, as well as providing technical support to customers and colleagues
  • Ensuring high plant availability and taking responsibility for technical outcomes
  • Troubleshooting and fault rectification in complex heating systems
  • Managing internal and external service providers and monitoring compliance with labour and environmental standards 
  • Technical point of contact for public authorities, local authorities, plant suppliers, network operators, contractual partners and service providers 

What you bring 

  • A completed qualification in electrical engineering; further training to become a master craftsman (m/f/d) or technician (m/f/d) would be an advantage
  • Professional experience in maintenance or plant operations is an advantage
  • Negotiation skills, a confident manner and a strong customer focus
  • Proficiency in using MS Office programmes and a sound knowledge of measurement and control technology
  • Willingness to take part in on-call duty
