Your tasks

Optimising Tours & Fleet: Economical Planning of Routes, Vehicles and Drivers
Monitor transport: ensure timely delivery and react flexibly to disruptions
Coordinating interfaces: Central communication with drivers, customers, and internal departments
Administration and Law: Maintain TMS data, check documents, and comply with legal requirements

What you need

A completed vocational training as a Kaufmann for forwarding and logistics services (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Work experience as Road Freight Dispatcher (m/f/d), Local Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d), Transport Dispatcher (m/f/d), Route Planner (m/f/d) Local Freight or Dispatcher (m/f/d) is desirable
Safe handling of IT systems (e.g. TMS, MS Office)
Excellent organisational skills and quick decision-making ability
Communication skills and assertiveness
