Your tasks

  • Coordination of material flow and ensuring smooth order processing
  • Monitoring and optimisation of logistics processes as well as the initiation of special measures
  • Handling, control and resolution of incidents, as well as documentation of deviations
  • Staff deployment and training in coordination with management
  • Data analysis and documentation for process optimisation and management reports

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as Dispatcher (m/f/d), Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d), Shipping Clerk (m/f/d), Warehouse Assistant (m/f/d), Logistics Dispatcher (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
  • Forklift licence as well as sound knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • A valid reliability check (ZÜP) according to § 7 Luftsicherheitsgesetz advantageous
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system and quick comprehension of processes and quality requirements.
