Your duties
You create, review and manage contracts with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and cooperation partners based on provided templates and systems.
You coordinate contract closures and extensions and are the point of contact for all contract-specific matters.
You support internal departments such as Sales, Key Account Management, Medical, and Marketing with contract-related issues.
You will handle the processing and checking of incoming invoices, as well as reconciliation with accounting and internal departments.
You create and edit credit notes and ensure correct documentation.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
You review and manage events with regard to contractual and compliance-related requirements
You train and raise awareness among internal stakeholders regarding processes, systems, and contractual policies.
This is what you bring to the table
You have completed commercial, legal, pharmaceutical or comparable training.
You have experience in contract management, ideally within a regulated environment (e.g., pharma/healthcare).
You have knowledge of the German compliance and legal environment
You have experience in invoice processing or accounting.
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner
You impress with strong communication and teamwork skills
You are confident in handling common IT systems, ideally SAP, SRM or SharePoint
You have very good German language skills (minimum C2) and good English language skills, both written and spoken.
