Your tasks 

  • Selection, weighing and professional mixing of ingredients
  • Setting up and monitoring pre-dough and sourdough starters
  • Participation in the calculation and creation of innovative baked goods recipes
  • Operating, equipping and monitoring modern oven systems and production technology
  • Portioning, packaging, and storing the finished products in compliance with HACCP guidelines

What you need

  • A completed vocational training as a baker (m/f/d) or confectioner (m/f/d)
  • At least two years of professional experience as Baker (m/f/d), Journeyman Baker (m/f/d) or Bakery Production Worker (m/f/d) is desirable
  • A dedicated work ethic, manual dexterity, and motivation
  • A high degree of reliability, strong team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
